Cast Fireplaces is a Family Owned and run Business established online in 2003 and we believe in traditional customer service values. This is mainly what stands us aside from all other online fireplace companies, as you will always get a personal service from us online, the same as visiting our showroom. LTD that is owned by Mark and Rhian Adams who are responsible for dealing with your orders and the day-to-day running of the company.
We have hands on approach to the running of our business and our customers orders you are never just an invoice number we really do pride ourselves on our customer service. Our office is based at our Home in Ripley Derbyshire and is an extension to our house this is where all the phone calls are answered and emails are replied that's why we answer calls and emails when other firms are closed.
